1.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account on kuj9. If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, both accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be cancelled.

2.1 Registration Information

When creating an account on kuj9, users must provide accurate and complete information. Opening an account with false information will be treated as a direct violation of these terms.

• Provide your full name, date of birth, and contact address accurately.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your kuj9 account login details (username and password) confidential. Do not share your login details with any third party. If any unauthorised activity occurs on your account, notify support immediately.

2.3 Verification Process

kuj9 may request a National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued documents for identity verification at any time — particularly before processing withdrawal requests. If documents are not provided within the specified timeframe, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3.1 Payment Methods

kuj9 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Bank Transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Deposits and withdrawals are not possible through any method other than these.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100 (per method)
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000

No transactions below these limits will be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Delays may occur in some cases due to verification or bank processing.

All transactions are secured through SSL encryption technology. kuj9 will never ask for your mobile banking PIN, bank password, or OTP.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New kuj9 account holders have the opportunity to receive a 120% bonus of up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving you a total balance of ৳2,200.
• Example: Deposit ৳18,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving you a total balance of ৳28,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing bonus funds, a 25x wagering requirement must be met. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the original deposit.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus is applicable only once per account.
• The account must be fully verified to claim a bonus.
• kuj9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If fraud or a breach of terms is suspected, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Each promotion may have its own specific terms.

4.4 VIP Program

kuj9's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Higher tiers receive weekly cashback and special benefits. Separate terms apply for VIP tiers.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

kuj9 operates on a fair play policy. All game outcomes are independent and determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. No game result is predetermined or predictable.

5.2 Technical Errors

If a game is completed incorrectly or left incomplete due to a technical error, kuj9 reserves the right to void that game, and the stake amount may be returned to the user's account.

5.3 Sports Betting

A variety of markets are available in the sports betting section — markets can be selected across sports such as cricket, football, kabaddi, and others. All betting rules are governed by the specific terms of each market. If an event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.

5.4 Game Provider Rules

Games from third-party providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt) may be subject to their own rules. Please refer to their respective terms for details.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kuj9. Violating these rules will result in permanent account closure and all funds may be forfeited:

• Opening an account using a false identity or documents.
• Using fraudulent strategies to exploit bonus benefits.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
